IS IT NORMAL TO DRIP WATER WHILE HEATER IS ON.

The heater doesn't produce condensation lile the AC. However, the AC runs with the defroster on, but because the temps outside are cold, condensation shouldn't occurr. Where are you seeing the water come from?

Thanks guys but i realized what happened after i submitted my question.
I used my windshield washer to clear the ice,and when i pulled in to the grocery store i seen the drips.
