2003 Buick Century Shaking

I blew a headgasket last year and had it replaced, the shop said I need to get the transmission looked at. Ever since then the car will shudder then go into gear, at first it was just 1st gear, now its every gear.
The shuddering is worse now every time it changes gear, I checked the the trans fuild and it is full, any ideas?

Have you had the trans serviced with a new filter? Also, has the check engine light ever come on?
