Two weeks ago, power windows stopped working. I turned off engine and restarted car and power windows worked. Today, power windows stopped working and would not work after turning off engine and restarting car. I had motor to one power window replaced about six months ago.

What is causing this problem and what can be done about it at minimal expense to me. However, I do have warranty coverage.

Hello, check for voltage at the power window circuit breaker, the circuit goes hot when you turn on the key. If nothing there, I'd have to check the feed to and from the ignition switch.
