2003 Buick Century lower motor mount

when replacing a cat. converter would adjusting the lower motor mount be necessary? how would i tighten a loose lower motor mount?

Hi:
The converter is part of the exhaust and has nothing to do with the motor mount. If the mount is worn and causing it to be loose, it needs replaced. Make sure the bolts are tight on the mount.
