2003 Buick Century 6 cyl Automatic 130000 miles

HELLO GENTLEMEN AND LADIES ITS BEEN A WHILE. ANYWAYS MY CAR WONT SEEM TO TURN OVER AT ALL.TOOK BATTERY, AND STARTER TO SHOP TO BE TESTED AND BOTH PASSED.EVERY TIME I TURN THE KEY IT JUST CLICKS 1 TIME AND NOTHING. I DONT SEEM TO BE LOSING ANY POWER. I CHECKED WIRING AND ITS GOOD ALSO.I NEED HELP IT WAS RUNNING FINE I WAS GOING TO WORK AND THE CAR JUST STOP RUNNING NO LOST OF POWER IT JUST STOP RUNNING WHILE IN TRAFFIC I PULLED IT TO THE SIDE AND TURNED THE KEY AND GOT THE PROBLEM EXPLAINED ABOVE.JUST ONE CLICK,EVERY TIME I TURN THE KEY. HELP ME PLAESE.

I'd have to check the starter circuit. Can't rule out security system, at the moment. In the diagram, the upper fuses go hot with the key in the crank position. The crank fuse is hot all the time, use a voltage tester.
