2002 Buick Century 6 cyl 80.000 miles

The passenger window and now drivers windows have slipped tp open and cannot be closed. What do I do?

The brakes have been "fixed" repeatedly, twice this year and keep reverting to random, intermittent anti -lock shaking when slowing.

This happens at all kinds of speeds and conditions

Hi:

It sounds like you're having some trouble. First, the windows sound like they fell off of track. To repair them you will need to remove the door panels. Once inside, you should be able to see where the fell off at. Stop at your local parts store to get an adhesive to hold them on the track.

The anti lock problem is interesting. I would suggest that you have the computer scaned to check for error codes. When you say they have been fixed, what did they do?
