2002 Buick Century waterpump

Engine Cooling problem
2002 Buick Century 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 240000 miles

I have cool air blowing when the heater is on and engine over heats. I have already changed the thermostat. What else could be wrong I am thinking water pump.

If the engine is overheating, you have no heat, and the coolant level is full, I would recommend having the radiator and cooling system flushed. It shounds like the radiator is plugged.
