2002 Buick Century Question

Engine Mechanical problem
2002 Buick Century 4 cyl Automatic 186478 miles

I was told that my lower intake gasket is leaking oil and that I should not be driving my car but I haven't noticed any oil on the ground. Also that my transmission line is leaking but I never noticed any on ground. Is this serious enough that I need to get it fixed ASAP. What about lower control arms is that a serious issue?

All three can be serious. It is based on how bad the issue is. How much oil and trans fluid is leaking. Also, how loose is the control arm?
