2002 Buick Century Power Window problems

Whenever the ignition is turned, the driver side window goes down automatically and will not roll up until the car has been on for a couple minutes and is unable to be rolled down after that. Also the passenger side window has recently gotten stuck in the down position. Any suggestions on how to fix these problems?

On your auto window down your best bet is checking the widow switch sound's like it's stuck in the down position.On your passenger window inop i would see if the motor is getting power and ground when you move the switch to the up and down position if it is then i would say you have a bad window motor.
