2002 Buick Century Headlamps

Passenger side headlamp not working. Bought new bulbs, still doesn't work. Only getting 3 volts at the connector at back of the light. It usually starts at 5v and falls to 3v. Only passenger side. Ideas?

did you check for voltage at the connector with the connector unplugged? If that shows low, check the right hand headlamp fuse, under hood fuse box. Pull the fuse, check for voltage.
