2002 Buick Century Electrical power cuts out when ignition

Electrical power for the car cuts out when I turn the ignition to start. After a few minutes the power came back once but turning the ignition to start killed the power again.

Make sure the battery has a full charge. Make sure all battery cables/wires are clean and tight on both ends.
