2002 Buick Century Dash fan speed switch

Fan speed switch won't work on any speed but we can hot wire it and it will work on all speeds. We have replaced the resister, the fan andtryed a new switch from the salvageyard but nothings working.

You have a problem between this two-the HVAC control or the blower motor control processor.
