2001 Buick Century not my starter, not my battery

Electrical problem
2001 Buick Century 4 cyl 135k miles

My engine will not turn over. I bought a new battery, engine still won't turn over. Fuses are good. Alternator is good. The mechanic did a starter check, and that's fine, too. Now, I am just wating..why won't my car start?

Could be the starter relay, clutch switch/park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
