2001 Buick Century no compression in all cylinders

had a leaking intake gasket, water in oil, replaced both head gaskets, and intake gasket, cleaned lifters and push rods, now no compression in all cylinders, have long push rods on exhaust. is it eieiie on 3.1., frompullys to back of motor.

Were the heads sent to a machine shop to check for warpage and a shave?

All tightening specs were followed in regards to sequence and tightness?

Were head bolts replaced?
