2001 Buick Century Car won't move

My car is stuck and I tried to put it in reverse, drive, neutral, etc. and it won't move. It has done this a few times before but always let go and finally could drive it, but today it seems as though the rear drivers side wheel is not moving.

Is it going into gear and the tire is locked up on the rear? If you push it hard, will it drag the tire?
