2 problems?

Get the leaking antifreeze problem taken care of asap, fair chance of a leaking intake manifold, but just a guess based on common occurances, water pump is next guess....assuming this is a 3.1 motor. 3.8 motor, there is a 90 degree plastic hose that breaks by the tensioner.

The no start may be a nuetral saftey switch or the shifting of gears my just be ironic. A fuel pump may be bleeding back. Instead of shifting the gears, cycle the key from the on position for 5 secs. to the off position for 5 secs. Do this 4 times then crnak the motor..does it start right up? yeah? replace the pump.
