2000 Buick Century short?

the right back blinker quit working, and two places think its a short. now, should i first replace all the bulbs in the back? also, yesterday the front right blinker quit working, except here the blink light comes on but doesn't blink, whle the back light doesn't come on at all. please give me ideas of what to do. thanks al winter

Try and replace the bulb first. If you have test light check for power . Dash light and front will not blink because rear is out and not enough amp. draw to activate flasher.
