2000 Buick Century Misfire

I was able to diagnosis that I had a misfire on the third cyclinder. What could be the problem and what can I do to correct it.

You may just need a tune up.I'd start with the spark plugs. Then I would inspect the plug wires for burns. Other possibilities are coil (If equipped)and 02 sensor. Go to your local auto parts store and have them put it on a scanner. It's usually free of charge.
