my car runs hot, I added anti-freeze and water to coolant container and then light comes on to add anti-freeze. How much antifreeze should I put in and should I add water to it as well. I can't get the cap off my radiator either.

add the proper mixed amount of antifreeze to the resevoir to the full mark engine running.
