2000 Buick Century

The blower motor resistor was (supposedly) replaced. Now it only runs on high. What's the problem?

GM also uses a relay in the circuit.
The relay switches one way for the lower speeds that go through the resistors, and then switches the other way for high speed so you have direct battery power.

Could also be the switch in the dash.
