I have replaced the blower motor and it is running fine on all speeds. The air overeat is minimal through all of the vents. As I select the different vents the air does not blow out any stronger even if the fan is turned to a higher level. I have checked all the fuses and the external cabin filter and they all seem fine. Thanks in advance

When you change the air flow direction, does it change the minimal amount of air direction?

No it does not change. It sounds like the vacuum is working. Makes a slight hissing sounds when you change direction but air does not change or blow any harder. Thanks

You mentioned that you hear a hissing sound. Have you checked to see if there are vacuum leaks?
