Willl a product like stop leak correct a leak in the lower intake manifold gasket? Which product would be best?

that is a mechanical failure.

GM has an "up graded" gasket kit for about $70. It even comes with some better bolts.

and while you're at it. flush all that nasty Dex-cool out and put the regular green stuff back in.
