1999 Buick Century starter repairs

The battery and alternator seem to be o.K. All lights work etc. The starter is not even clicking as it would with a dead battery.I need to know how to jump across the starter and where it is on this model.

Its in front of the car jump S terminal to battery volts (large wire on the starter relay)
