In snowy weather the trac off, lock off and service engine lights will occasionally go on. If I turn the car off and then back on the lights do not go back on. Is this a problem with the electrical system or a sensor

hi well the traction light comes on when a sensor see,s a wheel slipping.although you may not notice a slippage the wheel is slipping.basicly a warning to let you know you are on ice and snow. and yes a bad whees sensor can give a false reading as well as other sensors. a scan will tell you which sensor is a prob. the check eng also scan will tell you. your other light you wrote lock. not sure about that one ... good luck billymac
