When I put car in reverse it jerks when backing. No problems in drive. Could it be Transmission mount? If so, where is it on the car? Underneath or will I find it under hood?

if it is jerking in reverse it may be a transmission problem. MOst shops can check it out without or a minimal charge. The transmission shouldn't have to be pulled out to check that, if they want to go to another shop. It can be a broken mount but that is involved to change and should be done by a pro.
