I had someone to put fuel-filter on my car and every since they've put it on, my car cut off 3 different times then i took it back. They replaced it and said it was probably my throttle sensor. Now its dragging and i can pressed completely down on the gas and it still want go past 30. It acts as if it wants to cut off again.

If you want to do some testing, I can help. I have no silver bullet for your problem. First, I'd use a gage and check fuel pressure. Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage, if you don't have one. Check for applicable trouble codes. Some of those autostores used to check some codes for free.
