Electrical problem
1999 Buick Century 6 cyl Automatic

Power windows do not work. When I open the fuse panel the power window circuit breaker is getting hot to the touch as soon as I turn on the car.

Eithere the CB is bad or you have a short. Remove the CB and try another one in its place. See if that takes care of the problem. If it doesn't, you will need to remove the driver's door panel and check for short to the main switch first.
