MY 1999 BUICK CENTURY GOES THRUOGH FRONT TURN SIGNAL BULBS LIKE THEY'RE GOING OUT OF STYLE, I USED TO GET ABOUT A YEAR OUT OF THEM, THEN SIX MONTHS THE LAST ONE LASTED ONE WEEK, THEY ALSO DOUBLE AS THE DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHTS, ANY IDEAS

Check voltage to lamp above 13v ? if so DRLcontrol module feeding uncotroled voltage.
