i believe i need to replace the fuse for my horn relay. where is that located?

horn relay is located in the underhood electrical center (mounted to right strut tower).

Welcome to the forum. Horn fuse 15 amp, underhood fuse box. There is also a horn relay in the same fuse box. Usually the problem is the wiring circuit in the steering column, maybe you'll get lucky with the fuse?
