1998 Buick Century Blower Fan

The heater fan is making a high pitched squealing noise and I assume it needs oiling or replacing. Looked under hood but cannot find access. How do I get to the fan? Thanks.

if its the blower motor no lube or oil require its a seal unit
you may have to replace it
located at the passenger side inside car under the dash
