can you tell me how oil is getting into the radiator? and what needs to be replaced or fixed? also can you tell me if there is pressurized oil in the head gaskets? its a 3.1 v6

Oil in radiator is a tell tale sign of bad head gasket. You should have your mechanic perform a leak down test, or at the very least perform pressure test on both heads to see which head not holding the pressure.
