1996 Buick Century Rear Window Defrost not working

My rear window defrost does not clear the window. The switch in the dash indicates working. Seems the connectors on the glass are worn. Suggestions?
Also. Looking for a radio.

Do you mean the connectors for the glass are pulled away from the glass?

Hi.
Thanks for the help. The problem seems to be that the contacts for the small window at the tail gate has worn the metal contacts on the glass.I purchsed a repair kit from Canadian Tire, cut a small piece of copper and glued it on. Working so far.
