1996 Buick Century heater fan not working

my heater is not blowing warm air. i can find no vacuum leaks and no fuses are bad.

If the blower doesn't work at any speed, including high, your blower motor has probably failed. It's on the firewall passenger side. It's easy to test and remove, with about six screws, and cheap to replace, but you may have to loosen the power steering pump on its pedestal to get enough clearance to pull out the blower with its squirrel cage fins attached.
