1996 Buick Century Front left tire squeaking

When i drive my front left tire will make a squeaking sound as i drive. when i go faster the squeaking is faster. when i break the squeaking is still there until i come to a stop.

Have to jack tire ,turn and check
check brakes
check back up plate if hitting the rotor
check bearing
