I keep getting a p-1406 code (egr pintle position circuit). I have replaced the pcm and the egr valve both. I have my five volt reference, a good ground, my battery voltage. The actual egr value goes from o% to 100% when I command the egr with my scanner. It goes from 0 to 100 instantly. Any help would be appreciated.
