EGR problem

I have a 1999 buick century with a 3100 engine. I have changed the egr 3 times and idle air control 2 times. I changed the intake gaskets and cleaned all carbon out. I still get the code low flow to egr

This can be a couple of things besides the egr. What codenumbr was it? It can be a cannisterpurge problemm causing this. Also take tethe throttlebody off and clean teh egr through there and see if that makes a difference. You really should give the code next time for better help.
