I am putting in push rods but no one has be able to tell
me what the tork spec is

Don't know if has rocker bolts same as my 1992 3.3 liter, but I torqued those down to about 35 ft-pounds. They were installed with loc-tite, so I figured they need to be snug. Clearance from head isn't crucial tolerance anyway, since rocker bears on underside of stud.
