HOW DO YOU DISSAMBLE THE STERRING COLUMN TO REACH THE IGNITION SWITCH

The ignition switch is located on top of the steering column,remove the panel under the column,you will see a saddle clamp with 2 studs 1 on each side of the column,remove the nutsremove gear indicator cable,lower the column,the switch is on top of the column,the high beam switch is located below the ignition switch,using a 5/16 or 8mm wrench, remove the screws on high beam switch,then remove ignition switch,to install reverse procedure.
