1994 Buick Century Head Liner

The head liner has become loose and droopy. Is there a way (I can) re-attach this?

only way to do so is to remove the headliner and take the cloth completely off then use 3M spray adhesive to reattach the cloth to the headliner then put it all back into vehicle..either that or just pin it up with thumb tacks..
