1994 Buick Century head gasket

For few years I notice at front center of motor head some wet or steam also oil leak I replace valve cover gasket also stop leak litle help.
few days a steam antfreeze start to steam from cylinder head. After we take off cylinder head the gasket look fine no visible crack what is wrong should we instal new cylinder head will this efect since car has high milage and burn some oil?

Thank you for prompt reply I have another question we decided to instal new head to avoid the risk of drawing up oil into the engine would some gasket (ticker.) Somehow prevent drawing oil any recomendation?

You should get the head pressure tested, checked for warpage and bend and crack tested, this will show up any problems with the head (all are readily repairable) make sure that the block surface is clean and replace the thermostat and check the radiator and you should not have any problems, if you decide to fit a new head, or get the old head fully re-coed, you do run the risk of drawing up oil into the engine, so if the pressure test is ok, leave the valves alone.
