1994 Buick Century fuses

I just bought a 1994 buick century. It didn't come with a book. First, where can I get one, and second I think a fuse went that controls the electric windows but I don't know which one to change, can you help me please?

Get a Haynes repair manual at any auto parts store, which would serve you better than the owner's manual anyway. The window fuse will probably be labeled WDO. It's a big silver colored one, 30 amp.
