HOW DO I REPAIR THIS PROBLEM THE HEATER BLOWER MOTOR IS NOT RUNNING, AND IT IS COLD OUT.
LAST YEAR IT WOULD ONLY RUN ON HIGH AND SOMETIMES WOULD NOT SHUT OFF WHEN THE CAR WAS SHUT OFF.
I ALLREADY CHECKED THE FUSES WHAT NEXT?
ALLTHOUGH I AM A WOMAN I AM PRETTY MECHANICALY INCLINED, AND THERE IS NO WAY I CAN AFFORD TO TAKE IT TO A SHOP OR SPEND ALOT OF MONEY FIXING THINGS THAT ARE NOT REALY BROKE!

Power the blower motor direct from the battery if it comes On-test or swap the blower motor relay if okay-proceed to the blower motor resistor
