1990 Buick Century Front Windows

My front windows will not roll down. They are controlled by an switch. The back window still work, so I am wonder if this is a simple fuse replacement or do I have to replace the front windows motors?

They have a circuit breaker rather than individual fuses, so it's most likely the motors, after that the wiring, then the switch.
