Are you sure of the year and model as all my books shows serpentine belt on 1986 Buick

Yeah, I'm sure on ymm. I saw the diagram for the model with the serpentine belt. This is 2.8l, there were for different engines used in the 86. This one has three separate belts. I can get the 2 outside ones on, but the back belt, cannot find an adjustment.

V belt don't need a diagram as what line up should go together
take and post a picture let see if I can help this way
