My dumb brother for some reason hooked the hot wire from the battery to the throttle positioning sensor to the yellow wire and now my car won't start. I changed the crankshaft positioning sensor, the cam sensor and I even switched out the A/C fuse, but my car still won't start. I checked every fuse none are bad what else could be my problem? Please somebody help! I have a 2003 Toyota Camry and I need to know because it's my only transportation to work.

The first thing to do is measure the voltages on the three wires on the throttle position sensor when the ignition switch is turned to the "run" position. You must find 5.0 volts on one of the wires. The readings must be taken by back-probing the connector while it is plugged in. The readings are invalid if the connector is unplugged. If you do not find 5.0 volts on one of the wires, suspect the 5.0 volt supply from the Engine Computer has been damaged. The computer will have to be replaced to solve that.
