Hi, my vehicle after replacing the complete suspension set I drove 7000km. Later 1 day I jumped in small hump at speed of 40 MPH right side tie rod end was doing a crank sound when I turn the steering later after driving 20km tie rod was broken then I replaced it. I used genuine spare from the showroom but again after running just 4000 km in the new tie rods again it was broken after dumping in small pot in 20 MPH speed no one is able to tell the exact reason why it's breaking frequently. I'm scared to drive vehicle now in high speed. Please let me know the reason and what to do to be safe.

How large are these pot holes that you are hitting? If they are not that large then the only thing that would make sense is that something is still bent. What was the reason for replacing the suspension in the first place? Was the steering rack replaced?

Lastly how are they breaking? Can you get a picture of one of the broken tie rods so we can see what it is doing when it breaks?

I let the car to the service center for general oil service there they inform me to replace the suspension system as it was completely gone and I they have not replaced the steering rack. Also I'm not driving the vehicle at High speed and hit the holes it was just a small whole in the road and my car was at speed of 20 MPH once the right wheels it the whole there was a 5 second vibration then it stop the vehicle and tried to steer it was not working then I saw down I saw something was broken.

Just to be clear, the weld is breaking off the joint? I pointed to it on the picture. Is that correct?

If that is the case then the only thing I can suspect is an inferior product because that is not something that would normally fail.

Also, if I am understanding correctly, you replaced this as it was broken and then it happened again to the replacement part? One thing to make sure is they are not getting installed upside down. It looks like it would not fit if they put them on wrong but anything is possible. The stud should be facing up just like you have it laying on the floor and as seen in the other picture.
