One prong on window relay corroded and broke off and now it's stuck. I tried needle pliers and small Flathead but none of them are strong enough. Need help or advice I'm best tool to try or ways to remove. thanks

Hi,

First, I would suggest disconnecting the battery. Once it is disconnected, try taking a small flat screwdriver and try to gently pry back and forth on the broken prong trying to loosen it from its mount. If you get it to move, then resort back to the needle-nose pliers.

Let me know if that helps.
