What can i use to glue a broken piece back on to a secondary air injection solenoid? i broke the nipple of where the vacuum hose connects to.

Not usually, the glue ends up plugging the vacuum hole to the solenoid, but if you upload an image of the part in question I can tell for sure.

I can take an image with my phone but i can't upload it with it i have a flip phone. I am using a laptop computer.

Okay, if you can glue it without it blocking the vacuum hole you should be good as long as it doesn't break, if it breaks again you will need to replace it.

I would try JB weld.
