Broken brake line due to rust

Line is along frame rail and can't get to it due to distance of fuel tank so what is involved in removing fuel tank for access to break in brake line?? Thank you in advance for any assistance it's been driving me nuts and I'm not sure if I should just pay the shop the 450.00 there asking when I can easily repair a broken brake line I'm just not certain about fuel tank I'm not sure what is connected to top of tank like wires or lines and how flexible they are?? why don't you get along enough line to by pass behind the tank and cut it on both ends to connect it. However do not use farrels to connect it flare the lines and use connectors as the farrels will cause a back up on lines and make it hold the brakes on.
