New master cylinder, new brake booster, new knuckle, new rotors and brake pads. Brakes were bled no leaks anywhere, no loss of fluid. but the pedal does not stop the car. Took it to two different places and still does not stop. No one can fix the problem.

Please help me.

you will have to find a mechanic with a pro scanner because it has air in system he has to open valves in ABS unit then bleed brakes. Normally it is brake pressure modulator.
